All participants must be Powerzone members - membership is good for one year (Sept. thru Aug.) at all HVV and Powerzone tournaments Scholastic and USAV Junior will be required to register with Powerzone Printable Powerzone Adult and Junior Application in pdf form You Must Enter Once For Each Day To use PayPal you must have cookies enabled on your browser If you've already registered and would like to pay with your credit card using PayPal click here If Participant is under 18, please print the following waiver (good for the season) and have it signed by a parent or legal guardian and bring it the day of the tournament Printable Powerzone Adult and Junior Application in pdf form If you'd like to mail your entry please print the appropriate following entry form(s) Printable Doubles Entry in pdf form Printable Doubles Entry in doc form You may also sign up (including your Powerzone Membership) the day of the tournament Or you may register online below The online form will be turned off from 9 PM Friday before a tournament until 8 AM Monday after a tournament
